This is my first job out of school, so I'm super excited to be joining the workforce, collaborating with a new team, and navigating the ins and outs of professional life each and every day. I'm also super excited to become an expert salesperson.

"I'm really looking forward to improving my skills as a sales representative and absorbing everything I can from my colleagues."
I'm excited to reduce the amount of manual work in everyone's day, both our customers and our teammates :)

The team works well together and does a great job of asking questions and relying on one another for support. We are fun, unique, and eager to learn.

I jump into the first one-on-one for the day. During this time, I ask them about how their day is going, look into their stats for the previous two weeks, and provide guidance on any outstanding issues.
We take the "stand up" part of this meeting seriously, so I've had a few laughs and funny looks through the glass since I'm standing in a room by myself on a video call!
