Currently, I assist small/mid-sized businesses utilize our platform so that they can better manage their daily responsibilities and reap the many benefits of our people software. What I enjoy most about my position is how I get to work with other departments who are also focused on providing the best customer experience, but through a different way. Our work all bubbles up to a better customer experience, we just execute on it differently.
The most challenging part of my role is the change in processes from time to time. While it can be challenging, I also realize that our process evolution keeps me on my toes and exposes me to more ways of getting the job done.
Building strong relationships with co-workers and managers helps breed clear and honest communication as a team. This, in turn, solidifies the building out of any new processes and allows us to make changes quickly based off of variable feedback.
The workplace is the coolest part! People enjoy working hard and helping one another in their current roles. There is a unique sense of internal support at Zenefits and is a really special thing to be a part of.
The best Zenefits advice I have ever received since working here was in the first week of training. Jennifer Reeves stated, “if you do not ask questions you will not succeed here.” I draw on this constantly; my co-workers will tell you I bug them about a lot 🙂
I would describe the team as approachable and flexible! We know how to have fun and push each others buttons in a joking, fun way!
