What’s the best part of your job?

Getting to interact with so many different teams around the office, as well as with candidates. I love being able to share what I love about working at Zenefits with the candidates when they come on site….and also the amazing snacks! 

What was your hardest day at Zenefits?

Yesterday was tough! We had some last minute scrambling to ensure a candidate could meet the right team members on site, but my team came to the rescue, as well as others throughout the organization to make sure we ran through a great interview loop. I am constantly amazed how everyone at ZenNation is ready and willing to jump in and help where they can. Later that day, I felt as though it never happened :). 

How would you describe the culture of your team?

The People team is the best because everyone is really passionate about their work and devotes a ton of time to it — but that said, we have fun every single day. We’re an inclusive, supportive bunch, and we’re always checking in with one another to make sure we have everything we need to be successful.  

What do you love to do outside of work?

I try to make the most out of my weekends so I’m always trying to plan some adventure and spend time outdoors. I like running, hiking, skiing, eating great food, cooking, travelling, and exploring with my friends. And sleep. A lot of sleep takes place outside of work.
